This six-week course is aimed at those who have had some previous experience using oil paints and are looking to move further forward on their oil painting journey! Ideally you will also have some knowledge of colour mixing, and creating composition, along with some basic drawing skills.

Over the weeks you will be working on a larger scale,  larger brushes and larger canvases, allowing for more freedom of movement. You will discover how to layer colour through the use of glazes, and experiment and have some fun with cold wax.

Small classes in a fun and relaxed environment set in our beautiful, beach garden, classroom.

All materials are provided, though do feel free to bring your own brushes should you wish to practise with them.

£260 per person including all art materials and refreshments.

Nb: Although we always endeavour to use low odour solvents, please be aware that due to the nature of the paints, there will be some slight odours present.
