This six-week course is designed to introduce you to the world of oil painting, de-mystifying techniques and providing you with the skills to continue your oil-painting journey with confidence.

You will learn basic colour theory, warm and cool palettes, and how to mix a multitude of colours from just six, plus white.

Learn how to create an underpainting, some compositional techniques, and how to build up layers of tone, colour and texture. And discover how beautiful these paints are to use!

Small classes in a fun and relaxed environment set in our beautiful, beach garden, classroom.

All materials are provided, though do feel free to bring your own brushes should you wish to practise with them.

Cost: £260 per person, including all materials and refreshments.

Nb: Although we always endeavour to use low odour solvents, please be aware that due to the nature of the paints, there will be some odours present.
