This is an Open Workshop – Perfect for those with beginners experience who want to improve their skills and use the skills they have learnt to create their own pieces with guidance from Jessica and use of all tools throughout the day. You can make bangles, earrings, rings or pendants, however you must have beginners experience to come to this open workshop. If you’re unsure if this class is for you then please don’t hesitate to contact Jessica.
Materials are not included in the price of this class, you can either bring your own materials along with you to use. Available at www.cooksongold.com or discuss your project with Jessica before the class date so that she can ensure there are the right materials and tools available for you on the day. Silver is charged at the market rate for the day per gram, payable on the day. It really depends on what you would like to make and the size of your piece, as a rough guide silver on average costs approx £8 for a band ring – approx £25 for a medium width bangle.
Maximum 5 students per class for lots of one-to-one assistance.
Tea, Coffee and Biscuits are provided.
Payments are non-refundable but can be transferred to a different Silversmithing Class with at least 3 days prior notice to booked class.
