Creative Corporate workshops

The Colour Factory works with businesses to devise creative staff development activities that encourage a thoughtful approach to team building. We organise creative events for companies, with special ‘Colour Factory’ flair!

The Colour Factory ran a team building arts workshop for 250 members of staff from The Exclusive Hotel chain. In one day nine beautiful six foot canvases were created by employees from all sections of the company. These canvases now adorn the walls of each hotel.

Business Sponsorship

The Colour Factory is developing relationships with businesses to help sponsor events which bring art and creativity to a wider section of the community.

One of our key sponsors, Pennington Solicitors, have contributed sponsorship enabling us to build an external education workshop which will allow us to run a wide programme of creative workshops. In return The Colour Factory artists are working on a series of exciting arts projects for their staff and clients.

Imaginative Community and Educational Projects

The Colour Factory works with schools and other community groups to create environments and opportunities for young and old to participate in imaginative and extraordinary events.

‘Streets of Shoes’ In partnership with Theatre Royal Winchester , works with schools and residential homes on the cross generational theme of shoes.

The Colour Factory Summer Fling 2006 saw a beach created in the studio garden which has since provided opportunities for ongoing workshops and events.

Early Career Mentoring

The Colour Factory provides early career artists with mentoring and work experience in the professional world. Wherever possible we employ recent graduates to assist with workshops and events. We work closely with the universities in the city of Winchester to provide opportunities for creative graduates, which they can build on to form successful careers in the creative industries.
